Meth Lab found in Austin

On the 10th day of October, 2012, The Sheriff’s Office was contacted by Officers with the Austin Police Department in reference to possible criminal activity taking place at 227 S. 6th Street in Austin.

 Deputies Jeremy Arnold and Joe Guarneri responded to the subject address and made contact with Officer Greg Green of the Austin Police Department. Green reported that Austin Reserve Officer Mike Tschuelin had received information that methamphetamine manufacturing was taking place at this address.

 During the investigation, Deputy Arnold applied for a search warrant for said residence. A search warrant was granted.

Officers with the Indiana State Police Methamphetamine Lab Team were called to the scene to assist in the service of the search warrant. During the service of the search warrant, Officers with the ISP lab team located an active methamphetamine lab, precursors and paraphernalia that are commonly used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine.

During the service of this search warrant, four individuals were arrested.

Jesse A. McIntosh Sr, age 43 was arrested and has been charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and visiting a common nuisance.

 

 

 

Jesse A. McIntosh II, age 20 was arrested and has been charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance.

 

 

 

Linda Polly, age 19 was arrested and has been charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance.

 

 

 

Jason R. Tyree, age 35 was arrested and has been charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance.

 

 

 

All charges are preliminary and further charges are expected to follow.
