Two ATV's Recovered by the Sheriff's Office
 
   

 

July 4, 2013: A Goshen Road resident experienced two Burglaries at his home within twenty – two days.  During the first Burglary, thieve (s) got away with a Honda 680 ATV and a Honda 80cc dirt bike.  During the second Burglary, Charles C. Roberts, who already had knowledge of the property at the Goshen Road location, was apprehended by Law Enforcement during the commission of the crime and subsequently arrested for Burglary.   

During this month long investigation, Sheriff Mc Clain and Deputies interviewed suspects and witnesses and collected evidence which lead them to a location in Louisville, Kentucky, where the Honda 680 ATV was located.  The ATV was returned to its rightful owner. 

July 4, 2013: The Scott County Sheriff’s Office recovered the 2008 Artic Cat Prowler 650 XT that was reported stolen on June 5, 2013, from Double or Nothing Road.  During this investigation, Sheriff Mc Clain and Deputies have interviewed suspects and witnesses and addition stolen property is expected to be recovered.
